Course Overview:

This course is equally suited for experienced executives who want to refresh their Strategic Thinking skills to that of the latest research and practices in the field, as well as organisational leaders that have to deal with the process and steps in creating a strategy for the first time. The course addresses the basic definition of strategy and provides participants with an easy-to-follow, logically structured way of Thinking Strategically when having to create organisational strategy. It exposes participants to all the relevant tools of PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, and SWOT, and leads participants through the four phases of the planning process, as well as the five steps required in creating a strategy.
