Description:

Implement the CCI in your store based on the following processes and inclusion of frameworks.

Challenge:

Regional mangers will evaluate the level of Cultural Competence displayed by store managers based on the variables selected for the Cultural Competence Index (CCI). A survey in which the evaluation is made will be shared with the regional mangers post the first Steercom meeting. Evaluation of the regional managers may include viewpoints from reporting staff, PCL faculty, and peers in Spinneys on store level and others.

Phase One:

Participants complete the construction of the CCI during the face-to-face session with the faculty. The variables are chosen based on daily operations on store level, and aligned with the competitive positioning Spinneys currently holds in the market(s) they operate in. The CCI is limited to internal stakeholders (primarily reporting staff).
