Objective:

To apply key marketing concepts from “The Marketing Role of The Store Manager” seminar by implementing a specific strategy within their store and reflecting on the process and outcomes.

Assignment Details:

Each store manager is tasked with selecting, implementing, and documenting a marketing strategy (e.g., visual merchandising enhancements, in-store promotions, digital integration, or customer service improvements). The goal is to influence customer behavior positively and enhance the shopping experience.
